About me
I am a Product Design Director and Advisor with over 15 years of experience leading design at scale across enterprise, consumer, and start-up environments.
I've held senior design leadership roles at British Airways, Agoda, Octopus Investments, and Aviva, building and scaling design teams, embedding research practice, and delivering products used by millions of people.
As well as extensive Product Design experience, I have background knowledge of User Research, Design Systems, DesignOps and A11y. My management style is calm and focused, I like clear priorities and measurable goals for my teams, and I am a strong believer in autonomy within consistency and quality frameworks.
I am currently working with early-stage companies as an advisor and hands-on practitioner. I am particularly interested in AI-augmented workflows to build products centred on human behaviours, as I believe these conditions allow design, product and engineering teams to do their best work.

How I work
Design & AI Ops
Building the systems, processes and tooling that let teams focus on the work that matters. From design systems and templates to AI-integrated workflows like MCP for Figma and Notion, the goal is always the same: remove friction, create clarity.
People & Communication
Great work comes from teams that feel valued, informed and empowered. I invest in individual development, cross-functional relationships and an open culture where researchers, designers, product and engineering all have a voice.
Delivery & Quality
Organising work so it ships at a high standard. Clear priorities, defined ownership, tight feedback loops. AI has changed the speed at which we can move from research to prototype, but the fundamentals stay the same: focus, accountability, craft.
Outside of Design and tech
I love to travel the world and I've been fortunate to spend time exploring parts of Central America, Mexico and Costa Rica, and all across Asia. Living and working abroad was a goal of mine, so my time spent living in Thailand and exploring South East Asia was great for my passion of travel.
I also focus on health and fitness, which has an interesting overlap for me between Design and health tech. I'm a big football fan too and often attend games. A nerdy hobby of mine is comic books, and I used to run a small publisher called Comicspiration.
