Jobr was a start-up I worked with in 2016. They are looking to create an app that stops the need for recruitment agencies (sorry guys). Companies are increasingly searching to find ways to reduce spend. Jobr, in its simplest form, is Tinder for jobs.
Using the LinkedIn API, Jobr will grab a users data and generate a profile. They can then search the jobs they are interested in and 'like' them. The company searching for applicants can search through a list of candidates that have desirable skill sets (list generated by intelligent algorithm). Then only when a candidate and a company 'match' does the conversation open and an interview comes a possibility.
